This Sunday, Tim Hightower of the Arizona Cardinals will be visiting Mountain View. He will be sharing his story of football, fun, and faith. This is a perfect opportunity to invite a friend to church that might not otherwise want to attend. On top of our three regular morning services, we have also addend an evening service at 5pm.
Tim Hightower was drafted in the 5th round of the 2008 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals. In his rookie season he scored 10 touchdowns (3 more in the playoffs) setting a Cardinals rookie record. He also scored the winning touchdown for the Cardinals in their last drive against the Philadelphia Eagles to win the game and send them to the Super Bowl to face the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Tim has had highs and lows throughout his football career. He will be talking about how through it all he lives for the Lord.
